The 40 kVAR reactive load bank is a small portable unit intended as a companion to a portable resistive load bank. The load steps in the reactive load bank are arranged to complement the load steps of the resistive load bank and to provide 0.8 power factor at each step. The load bank provides additional versatility in that it is configured in a four-wire wye circuit, which enables it to be used in single-phase loading applications. The load bank is rated at 450/208 VAC, 3-Phase, 400 Hz.
