How AirFinder OnSite Works

Enterprise-grade asset tracking and monitoring are never one size fits all. AirFinder Onsite is the first enterprise Real-Time Location System (RTLS) that provides up to centimeter level accuracy by using a Bluetooth LE radio to support both Bluetooth LE and phase ranging with a flexible architecture. Using six patented technologies, this system was developed on Nordic Semiconductor’s nRF52833, a general-purpose multiprotocol SoC (system-on-chip) with a Bluetooth LE Direction Finding capable radio, in addition to employing numerous innovations at the firmware level – including ranging methodology, interference avoidance, location algorithm, power efficiency and scalability to high tag densities.
